- Fully refundable within a certain time period
- Partially refundable (after deducting hotel, transport, or service charges)
- Non-refundable due to airline or hotel terms
All refund conditions will be clearly stated in the package description.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–6 working days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
5. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not appear for the trip on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
6. Changes or Cancellations by Chandarawal Tour and Travels
In rare situations such as:
- natural disasters
- weather disruptions
- government travel restrictions
- operational issues by airlines or hotels
We may modify or cancel the trip.
If this occurs, we will offer:
- a suitable alternative date or
- a full/partial refund (depending on third-party policies)
7. Third-Party Conditions
Airlines, hotels, and transport providers may have separate cancellation charges or rules. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.
8. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover last-minute cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.
